Stall rates

                                        Nightly $45                                        

                                        Weekly $200                                     

      Monthly $480  

*All stalls and paddocks are subject to 7% sales tax; pitchforks, muck buckets, and shavings are not provided however bags of shavings are available for $9; fees do not include bedding, hay, feed, or labor. $50.00 stall stripping deposit. NO SUBLETTING. 

GENERAL POLICIES:

  • Office hours are between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Check in: 3: 00 PM.; Check out: 11:00 AM. Check in's after 3:00 PM need to call the office at (352) 486-1234 to make other arrangements. We do not have 24 hour staff or service. 

  • Upon making reservations, a 25% deposit is required.

  • Monthly rates refer to a CALENDAR month only; pro-rated rates may be offered if looking to stay later or earlier but must commit to a month first

  • Management reserves the right to assign lodging and stalls as available

  •  

    All horses on the facility overnight are required to pay stall fees.

  • $50.00 stall cleaning deposit is required once per stall, per stay. Damages to facilities may exceed this and it is horse owners responsibility pay for necessary repairs to facility caused by the horses. 

  • Only registered guests allowed on property overnight; no subletting allowed.

  • All residents and guests MUST have a signed release on file with the office to be on property. 

  • Negative coggins required for all horses. 

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

  • Long Term Stays/Reservations made well in advance: deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel your reservation within 60 days of your stay, it is 50% refundable if canceled within 30 days of your stay, and none will be refunded within 30 days of your stay. (remaining balance will be due upon arrival)

  • Short Term Stays/Reservations made within 30 days or less: deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your stay, it is 50% refundable if canceled
