All apartments are subject to a 11% hotel tax; 2-night minimum; Monthly rates refer to a calendar month; rates will be pro rated if you wish to extend your stay earlier or later; there is a $25 per night pet fee up to $100 per stay; monthly rentals given priority; check in at 3 PM and check out at 11 AM.

APARTMENT AMENITIES: 

At this point in time, the apartments do not have WiFi but do currently have satellite TV

  • Kitchen/Kitchenette (A-apartments have a kitchenette in the efficiency; B-apartments have kitchen access with a full size fridge; both spaces have access to a grill) with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and basic kitchen essentials

  • Basic necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, first aid kit, Kleenex, blankets, sheets, extra pillows)

  • Iron and ironing boards

  • Washer and Dryer 

GENERAL POLICIES:

  • Office hours are between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Check in: 3: 00 PM.; Check out: 11:00 AM. Check in's after 3:00 PM need to call the office at (352) 486-1234 to make other arrangements. We do not have 24 hour staff or service. 

  • Upon making reservations, a 25% deposit is required.

  • Monthly rates refer to a CALENDAR month only; pro-rated rates may be offered if looking to stay later or earlier but must commit to a month first

  • Management reserves the right to assign lodging and stalls as available

  • Pet fee: $25 per night up to $100 per stay 

  • All horses on the facility overnight are required to pay stall fees.

  • $50.00 stall cleaning deposit is required once per stall, per stay. Damages to facilities may exceed this and it is horse owners responsibility pay for necessary repairs to facility caused by the horses. 

  • Only registered guests allowed on property overnight; no subletting allowed.

  • All residents and guests MUST have a signed release on file with the office to be on property. 

  • Negative coggins required for all horses. 

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

  • Long Term Stays/Reservations made well in advance: deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel your reservation within 60 days of your stay, it is 50% refundable if canceled within 30 days of your stay, and none will be refunded within 30 days of your stay. (remaining balance will be due upon arrival)

  • Short Term Stays/Reservations made within 30 days or less: deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your stay, it is 50% refundable if canceled
